Ten times out of ten, you weren't thinking about the millions who are dying. Like many others people around the world, my heart is heavy. It is sad that we lost such a talented human being. Whats even sadder is how Whitney Houstons fans are fighting harder for her than she did for herself. Addiction is real, and will kill if left untreated. I hope her death will not be in vain, and that the would will learn from it. May she rest in peace!!

It's too bad when someone suffers from an addiction we tend to condemn them or joke about it (Charlie Sheen), rather than show compassion and offer help. How silly it would seem if we condemned someone who had any other disease such as diabetes or cancer. Unless we have been in the skin of an addict, we have no right to judge. Wealth & fame have nothing to do with it. Drugs do not descriminate. Whitney the girl who sang Star Spangled Banner and had the world at her feet, would not have chosen Whitney the woman 25 years on.
Drugs feed on souls; the soul is the hardest thing to claim back for a recovering addict . Its not impossible, but it is a lottery. Drugs come in all forms to make it respectable, just like its agents incl. family & friends.

I've been a fan of Whitney, followed her music and such, since I was young all the way up to the current date.
The thing that annoys me is all the bandwagoning going on now that she is dead. People are either flocking to videos like this to say how much they love her, or coming trying to be "edgy" by making crack jokes.
What's worse is some people didn't even know who she was until she died, so all this love and interest is B.S.

How silly it would seem if we condemned someone who had any other disease such as diabetes or cancer. Unless we have been in the skin of an addict, we have no right to judge. Wealth & fame have nothing to do with it. Drugs do not descriminate. Whitney the girl who sang Star Spangled Banner and had the world at her feet, would not have chosen Whitney the woman 25 years on.
Drugs feed on souls; the soul is the hardest thing to claim back for a recovering addict . Its not impossible, but it is a lottery. Drugs come in all forms to make it respectable, just like its agents incl. family & friends.

I've been a fan of Whitney, followed her music and such, since I was young all the way up to the current date.
The thing that annoys me is all the bandwagoning going on now that she is dead. People are either flocking to videos like this to say how much they love her, or coming trying to be "edgy" by making crack jokes.
What's worse is some people didn't even know who she was until she died, so all this love and interest is B.S.
