When I was doing this quest only one gate opened in the room where you had to do the chicken emote. Now i dont think i can finish it. Can someone help?

I dunno know why but I think my quest is glitched. I collected and gave the upper and lower body parts to Victor. But when I obtained the head and went back to him he keeps saying he's not in when he is clearly in the basement in front of my character. Can anyone help me?

U know he could have just directed u to the head in the first place beings it's closest. Also that witchspotter note is quite rediculous. Look what it took for u to kill all those Hollow Men and it says that they fought them with Pencils and little tiny Notepads ridiculous.
