Haiti needs more internal orphanages for the orphans & schools to keep the children off the streets & be given meals so they don't go scavenging for food. Haiti needs expertise, equipment & other resources to increase productivity & people need to be motivated to start developing the agriculture base to help sustain themselves instead of importing everything. The govt needs to have make- shift govt buildings for now & take charge ensuring aid is reaching those who are suffering .
