look at a dollar bill under a microscope. There definitely is NO OWL there. it is a freaking blotch at 50X? at what setting and lighting conditions does he think an owl exists where he claims? It does not exist. Outright fabrication on the owl part. The rest.....I really don't know.
@LeadRat There are no "blotches" on the dollar bill. Everything is done with extreme professional precision down to the most minute detail for security purposes. You must be looking at an old or worn dollar bill because if you look at a brand new bill from a bank even with just a magnifying glass it is very clearly an owl.

I used a microscope with 50x. I have better than 20/20 and I am a trained artist. there is no clear owl.
