    Yes, I fast two meals a day and eat supper with my family. No diet foods. If your interested, I have a face book group called The Sacrificial Diet. You can request to join and check it out. You will find lots of support and encouragement. Blessings.

  • @NaTUraLeTeXTuRe I lose about 1.5 lbs per week, but it does fluctuate... maybe five months. That's counting up until today, which I now weigh 172. A calorie deficit is what makes you lose weight, but intermittent fasting makes eating that many calories easy with no hunger when you get used to it. That and I read of a study that said vs normal calorie restriction, you lose a higher percentage of fat (to muscle), along the lines of 90:100 compared to 75:25.

  • Congrats on reaching your goals :) If anyone is watching this video looking for information on intermittent fasting, go ahead and try it. East Stop Eat, Fast-5, and Lean Gains are all great ways of doing it. I'm doing Fast-5 and have gone from 204 to 185 so far.

  • Congrats to you! I just came across your videos because I was doing research on intermittent fasting. I'm so glad I've been looking into this. It seems like intermittent fasting will just be like weight off my shoulders! I won't have to think so hard about making sure I eat five meals or if I'm eating everything healthy, blah, blah....no stress! I love the idea of it :-).
