Other than the coloring, this really isn't that impressive.

Apart from having no weight to them at all, the lines are very shaky suggesting the control here is very poor.

Other than that anime is very simple and easily replicated, this artist has no real style to speak of.

In the art world there really is no such thing as "pro".

Most artist sketch first. Composition, Proportions. I agree that with practice you could do it. Imagine the image you would draw first in every detail, then draw.

I especially refer to Illustrations. The artist here didnt just draw a face and shoulders, but a overall composition. One mistake and the picture would be messed up. Thanks for reading.
