I don't understand why didn't you allowed us to comment on your "Jungle Survival Kit Philosophy" video... It was great! You were absolutely right about everything you said. As a great fan of Giuliano Toniollo, and as a great fan os bushcraft and survival, I'm also a great fan of yours. My wish is to personaly meet you and Giu someday. It would be like "a dream comming true". Wish you the best, always.
@phrankus2009 We normally use hammocks here. The one made here that we recommend packs to about the size of a large jar of peanut butter. I talk about the wisdom of packing a hammock in the conclusion video.
@Colhane Conclusion Video ? ... i'm guessing it was not yet posted (or had some other title). Would be interested in any compact and light-weight hammock options which you might be able to provide a source for. (Paypal & ship to Texas ? ). I currently own a DD-Traveller hammock and a rather expensive 3-meter tarp ... I would like something yet more compact - lighter - less expensive for casual carry. You don't mean the Hennesy ? I'd prefer my DD to that. Maybe a Singlenest + poly-tarp?
This is very cool to see someone pull off the "Survival Night". The unexpected night in the wild with just what you normally carry for a day hike. I bet if more people tried this it would change what they "normally" carry on a day hike. This is one our list to do .... someday.
Awesome job guys. Now here's the trick question ;) Whats happens if you find yourselves in a survival situation later in the day. Do you have any contingency plans?
Congrats on the video. That´s what I call a perfect day, doing your shelter, everything set and rain at the end of the day or for the night. Perfect! Two thumbs up! Have a safe trip back to the US!
qual é uma boa marca de duck tape qe eu possa comprar nos EUA? Eu tenho a propria "DUCKTAPE" (a marca) mas n acho tão boa

The sound of rain on a tarp while you are nice and dry inside..... one of the great but simple pleasures in life.
