I'm sorry but i have to disagree with you because i know the best version... yes the best version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow is sung by... our mothers cuz I'm telling you no one not Olivia Newton-John not Judy Garland no one can beat the wonderful relaxing and soothing sound of a mothers voice when she sings to her baby Somewhere Over The Rainbow and no matter how old we get if she sang it to us as a baby and child we'll remember it the second we hear it and it'll be the best voice ever!!!!

There is a great delicacy in her voice that is amazing. It goes all the way back to "I Honestly Love You". Her feel for ballads is top of the line and her pitch and vibrato are wonderful. Her not seeming to age certainly doesn't hurt the presentation any either. Great performance.
