It is possible by all means but a badly coded driver, incompatible driver, damaged system file, bad boot loader, virus etc can also be the cause. Bear in mind that the comment was 2 years old and to be honest I cant even remember commenting on this video in the first place. This stop error code "0x0000007B" also means "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE" so this bluescreen seems to indicate a boot device error i.e. a bad hard drive.
I have the exact same solution as jakegwilliam!! Reinstall XP! (back everything up first! Hold down F8 while the computers turning on and then use arrows and go to safe mode! Back everything up on Memory Stick or whatever and then put your XP Setup cd in and restart the machine. Follow the instructions! DADA! Job done!)
