The periphery of TianHe, perhaps. Currently the most populated area are around old station, Xiao Bei, part of Taojin and the neighbouring towns like Foshan.
The businessmen did complain it was getting too competitive, I guess you're right, considering Africa is one of the few places where Chinese passport holders can travel relatively freely...
