For a stand-up routine, there weren't very many jokes/laughs... Mike's not very quick-witted. He could have mined that jacket-on-mic incident right off the top, but... nothing!

Mike Bullard was mildly funny, somewhat entertaining when there was nothing much else on the boob tube to watch.
I just couldn't get into his show. Found it bland. Sorry.
