I always thought you shampoo and condition first because your suppose to leave the conditioner in for a little bit to get your hair all nice and juicy. That's just always been my way of doing it, but whatever floats your boat I guess. :)
my shampoo says to keep it on for 2 minutes, so I put on shampoo, then soap, then rinse everything. and then conditioner.. I guess I'll try mixing things up
Hahaha! I actually always start with the hair first since the water hits my head first and my hair is a bit to deal with....so by circumstance I had the right answer. Although now, with your help, I know the scientific reasons behind it.
I wash my hair first, but I rinse out the conditioner after washing my body, guess I'll have to change that, thanks for the tip :) Hope you are doing well xoxo Liana
LLECTRA!!! Hey there, I miss talking to you too, net access is good, got the laptop back a few days ago. Your welcome for the comment. :) You can always get me through my email if you want. Take care and hope you are doing well xoxo
You also wash your hair first so that the dirtiness from your hair doesn't wash down over your body after you wash it haha that's what my dad always told me :)

I use Old spice hair and body wash...so I lather up my hair, then use the rest to wash my body. I rinse my hair out, then rinse my body off.

I've always washed my hair first for that very reason. I have REALLY sensitive skin though!
