ok I currently am living at my college and I want to play my pc games when I have nothing to do, but they have opendns. What I have done is I have changed it to the google dns 8.8.8.8. 8.8.4.4. but that just cuts my internet completely and every proxy site is blocked. is their any other way to bypass

@armetron I have the same problem, i think it has something to do with the I.P address also, if you find anything out help me out please

In order to prevent this from happening you need to block traffic on port 53 and only allow the OpenDns server to go through... I have this configured in my router so this method won't work in my house :)

OMG THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!! Now I can bypass Megaupload!! In Mac all you have to do is go to System Prefences, go under network, press advance at the bottom right, press DNS then press + enter in the IP thingy you get from the website and try blocked websites like Piratebay and megaupload! (PS : Malaysians get blocked by those) :D THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!!!!!

This doesnt work for sites that require you to navigate through it. The opendns just blocks the next page

what i teach inside the video that is the way how to unblock it. If the ip cannot use anymore. Just find a new 1. or use google dns ip. Configure your network settings to use the IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
