@isjoeagay Its Lars Bakken, back then I was a great bungie developer and also a project leader for the firefight in Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach. Its probably there because these clips were taken from gameplay vids from IGN and Lars Bakken were probably iterview and whoever made this vid accidently didnt cut the clips "good" enough.
