This is a hack for the original zelda for NES.
You get the LPS file for Zelda Outlands and patch it to the original Zelda 1 Rom.
Just google it.
Hes playing it on some sort of emulator for a modded console system. Wii/Xbox/ etc...
just google it and you can find it.
