this is fantastic dancing. Godunov was brilliant. I had never sen anyone like him before or since what an incredible artist and technician. What grace and musicality and athleticism and a combo of virility and delicacy that is astounding. the ballerina is superb as well what strong technique and classicism. Incredible. What a shame he did not do more.

And still. Am I right or am I right: he doesn't do canonic version of his part? 'Cause I can see he adds some extra jumps and piruettes to the classic version. And in his piruettes in the middle of it he changes the leg position and still doesn't lose a spin momentum a bit. Which makes it even more spectacular.
It's like he was bored of doing canonic version and decided to go further. Well, he definetely succeded.
In Incomparable Nadezhda Pavlova clips here on youtube one can find some of his performances during II Int. Moscow Ballet Competition. There he did canonic version of Don Quixote Pas de deux(second round).

Timofeyeva was one of the greatest Mistresses of Copper Mountain to dance the
role...could jump double her own height. Sublime artistry and athleticism.
Fascinating partnership because they are different...make diagonal lines

also our Roberto Bolle ,despite the fact he is 190 cm tall has good tecnique,in my personal opinion is at the moment a little over rated ,but is good
