His form is actually near perfect, so I don't know what the hell any of you guys are talking about. He may not be going the technical full ROM with this press, but he's pretty damn near close to it, especially with 135 in each hand. Some guys can't even bench 135 on the barbell hahaha, so keep up the good work!

You want to only go until your upper arm is parallel with the ground. Your elbow should be at a 90 degree angle. Any deeper and you start moving the weight off of your pecs and onto the other supporting structures (tri's/forearms/delts).
Good weight. Good form.
Don't bother counting your reps out loud. Wasting O2.

I really don't think the age matters in body building man. I'm 18 and just started weight training two to three months ago, I bench 225lbs and with dumbels 65, and there are ppl that are proably 16 taht can do that, only because they started ealier, so as i said, it really doesn't matter.
Half reps don't count. The only people that say they do are other half rep merchants.

not the best form. And it must be frustrating not being bigger or more ripped when being able to lift that heavy, so something is really wrong here ^^, wether it's the diet or rest, or the training with that lousy form

Good weight agreed but yeah those are half reps at best. Try coming down and touching that weight on the outside of your chest and see how much 'bottom end strength' you have...

well at the mo im 194Lbs but im 6 weeks from my first competition so im depelted with a very low bodyfat, but at this weight after i have had some carbs and eaten well i can bench 440lbs.

yeah i have a few, im going to get some proper ones done in a bit. im about 5'7'' 205Lbs at the mo and im very lean and i still have 14 weeks of dieting left, i have a former IFBB pro getting me ready for it who got david titterton ready for the last britain and UKBFF qualifier, he is called colin wright and he knows his stuff.
im strong all round mate with a 265kg squat with no suit or wraps just a belt, and a 275kg deadlift, i have 225kg on the deadlift for 7 reps with just a belt.

yeah cause its fake, all gyms have fake dumbells dont they!? that was me when i was 18 just over a year ago, i can do them for 13 now easily with strcit form going down to my chest and slow, although at the mo im trainig lighter and even stricter as im dieting for the NABBA UK jrs.

I really don't think the age matters in body building man. I'm 18 and just started weight training two to three months ago, I bench 225lbs and with dumbels 65, and there are ppl that are proably 16 taht can do that, only because they started ealier, so as i said, it really doesn't matter.
