  • I know Tony! hes the man!!

  • OMG SO DONKE

  • Checking turn is good, but betting isn't bad either. Tony could've been floating a c-bet in position with a wide range, and a call on the turn would give Todd more info since Todds out of position. And a turn check could likely induce a bet from Tony with a wide range. River bet was bad attempt at a value bet though after being called twice. Either Tony's on a draw and won't put in a cent or he's got a hand that's got Todd crushed.

And commentator is Barry Greenstein. lol @ dylannightwalker

  • @RandEvo05 just reading this makes me think your gay

  • @leetDAWG sounds like someone's in search of a bf :)

  • Hes a donk for not checking the turn, made no sense for him to be on a draw unless he had AK/AQ of diamonds the possibility of which was low. He should have at least been worried about a pocket pair higher than his jacks after the call on the preflop. The river call was the donkiest move of all the only thing he could beat that would call the flop/river was a bluff.

ps- I am assuming this is a cash game not a tournament.

  • the commentators suck

  • Todd should have just gone all in before the flop

  • @uguysarefried And you should learn how to play poker. Going all in preflop? Are you fucking joking? Everyone wither folds and he wins the bare minimum, or he gets called by the 55 and loses the MAXIMUM. If you're not joking, you need to stop wasting time watching poker and spend more time learning poker.

  • I probably would have checked the river if I were Todd. You have a marginal one pair hand and by betting you open yourself up to being raised and forced to call with one pair. You also prevent your opponent from bluffing if he had a missed flush draw.

  • lol at commentator, Tony has played this hand to perfection, mmmm nah, so many cards he doesnt get paid off also Todd turned his hand into a bluff both poorly played imo.

  • When I try to slowplay a set, the board always ends up like T58QJddd or T588T.

Dreamturns and -rivers are not my strong suite

  • Toad...Brunson.

  • Not much reason for Todd to bet the river, otherwise he didn't play it poorly.

  • he is an idiot to build such a big pot with a pair

  • Brunson Sucks, he sould have known the guy was strong on the 2nd call

  • Tony played that perfect, ye he got lucky on the flop but you gotta get lucky sometimes, after he got lucky he played it well to suck chips out of the young brunson

  • its not luck its poker.todd was lucky to get pocket jacks if u talking bout luck

  • Did you watch the hand? Is Todd playing the hand bad according to you? He played the hand perfect, he's just unlucky with that flop.

  • no he played that line a micro donk. . tony isnt calling 2 raises with just a draw.

  • Comment removed

  • @dorf213 not only are you wrong about the draw, but todd isn't "raising", he's "betting". Let me help you.... action goes; bet, raise, reraise, rereraise, etc

It's impossible for the first to act, so stop pretending you're a above average player.

  • @AtheistsAreGODS cool story bro

  • 4:13

    "WROOOOOOOOOOIGHT!" WTF :D

  • ur an idiot. he didnt put todd on an over pair. todd could have just been continuation betting and a raise would have scared him off. he got maximum value by slow playing and raise on river

  • todd didnt have to play it that hard... there is no harm in set mining with jacks, u really can't expect to consistently win big pots unless you hit jjj

  • I love Barry for commentating. No other pokerplayer does it as good as Barry. He propably likes doing it too, as an 'investment'.

  • Doyle is one of my favourite players but I can't stand Todd.

  • Interesting hand, great vid. Talk about body language, look at Todd when Tony raises. He knows he is beat.

  • Excellent comment by Barry Greenstein! And very unlucky for Todd! Awesome play by Tony!

  • how is it an awesome play?

he went in with the worst hand, hit a miracle five, then called when he should have bet on the flop and turn.

any monkey can play that hand.

  • lol... another pr0.

  • ever hear of implied odds vandigital?

  • yeah, and i stick by my original statement, he went in with the worst hand, hit a miracle five, then played the hand miserably by check calling the whole way.

yeah, and implied odds factor in what you believe your opponent will pay you off, if you think you can consistently predict implied odds playing against a top professional

    you are off your rocker.

  • i wouldnt have played it that way...if you let more cards come out then someone might hit the flush or straight

  • very nice played, unlucky for Todd

  • Barry Greenstein commentating? nice vid, thanks.
