Just returned from Orlando today January 30th. They had started spraying in the early morning and by noon time I witnessed three of these formations. They are called Fallstreak holes and are a known natural atmospheric phenomena formed from the results of supercooling in the atmosphere.  The cloud formation beneath is called Virga. Contrails can be seen from space, but at mark 2:05, most of the linear features you see (E-W) are also a natural cloud formation called billows, or undulatus. From above it's too hard to tell if they are alto- or cirro- cumulus.

Nothing you show can be attributed to chemicals of any kind.
