Can someone tell me what anime movie was about a city destroyed by a nuclear explosion and then became haunted? In once scene a boy thinks he is awake but he is sleep walking... he is playing with a ball with some other kids in a park but in reality the kids are ghosts and the ball is actually a skull. I also recall a little girl ghost that was angry and could scratch and cut people with her powers. Sound familiar?

The shame and agony that all of amadeo's nice GitS OST videos clip at the end. Ah well, suppose I should give the effort of buying the album itself. Nothing this good can come free.
