The Gay people have a right to protest. And the Christians did as well. But violence should have NEVER taken place. I feel bad for the poor woman who was taken off her wheel chair

Marriage was ordained in the Garden of Eden when God created the world in Genesis 1-2, not when Christ came. It is between man and women. Adam and Even. God never create a person who is abominable to himself. People choose their way in the due course by themself. But every thing will weighed on the scale of God's word and will be judged accordingly. Everyone should check their life in the scale of God's Word. If the Word say sin then it is sin. No grey area.

No. Because people tend to follow the society's norm rather than God's word. Most people worry about what people think rather than what God think. society's norm is getting worse.

I'm sorry Preachers... but you obviously forgot the part of the message where Jesus said "Love thy neighbour as yourself". And in these comments I see apparently well-meaning believers state hatred.

I would strongly advise that you actually learn about the homosexual community rather then relying on outdated stereotypes to picket upon. I've seen Churches make unfounded claims about other religions, and certainly about the LGBTIQ Community.

Marriage was around long before Christianity so Christians really have no right to say who can and cant get married. Maybe they do have a right to say who can marry in their churches and by their priests but not with civil marriage ceremonies. I'm not gay but the idea that marriage is a Christian concept is wrong.

@MamaMario13 in reply to your post. I was actually being very gracious and not mentioning all the obscene and vocal abuse they gays while the christians preach. There was no violence on the part of the christians, it was the gays who were very frighteningly violent. In fact, one of the christians was kicked violently in the knee which was put out of joint. Give me a break! I hope and pray that some of these people will confess their sin and turn away from that sinful lifestyle and turn to God.

What is the lady at the end talking about?The Bible lists many things that God hates.If God truly is Good and loves righteousness, he must hate evil.This is not about what makes us feel good.Marriage and relationships were something instituted by God in a particular way.NO ONE has the right to re-define marriage especially after God has made it clear that it is one man and one woman becoming one flesh.

Marriage is not a purely religious institution. As long as it provides people with legal rights, it is a secular institution, and thus you cannot defend it's 'sanctity' with the bible. Plus, atheists get married. Marriage is a piece of paper.

Only male and female can reproduce, if homosexuality was also so normal, how come species never "adapted" to these so called "genes" and found a way to work civilization and sustain life from it?

@GodLovesUs100 Actually, the institution of marriage predates the modern religions like Christianity. Thats how Christianity(and other religions) forces its influence over time, by basically hijacking any cultural ceremonies and replacing them with a Christian ceremony. Same thing happened with many pagan celebrations like the solstice, replacing it with Jesus' birthday or whatever. Over time the pagan ceremonies and meanings are lost and religious indoctrination of society is complete.

@GodLovesUs100 Ok, first Marriage is not specifically a Christian Ceremony, Secondly the planet is overpopulated as it is (with humans) hence the starving and homeless people and thirdly animals (giraffes) have also been known to be gay as well.

In Samurai Society (Shintoist/Buddhist) if two men could allow a relationship to work for up to five years with neither side having troubles with their partner, then their relationship was considered as valid as a heterosexual relationship.

And your attempt to argue using the theory of natural selection (wrongly) is invalid. A homosexual's inability to reproduce does not effect the prevalence of homosexuality because it is not hereditary, and life is sustained by heterosexuals, so there's no need for them to reproduce, so they haven't 'adapted'.

Gays regularly "crash" preachers openly kissing passionately in front of the preaching & that IS "invasive and downright rude"

The lady who was "thrown" out her wheelchair..was actually trying to steal from the preacher and he wouldnt let go..therefore she lifted herself out of the chair...

There are many verses in the bible which begin with "God hates", yes He is a Holy God and does hate sin.

Note that the preachers were removed for THEIR safety, it is the gays who were violent !

I wonder how you would feel if a group of gay and lesbian people crashed your church service to loudly proclaim their beliefs about homosexuality. Perhaps you might think they were being invasive and downright rude. You're "just preaching the Bible?" No - that makes it sound far more benign than what it is.

I used to participate in gay pride marches and was a very vocal part of the gay and lesbian community. I was also a very well paid professional dominatrix. The things I used to love are detestable to Jesus. He plucked me out of the mire, He can pluck others out too!!

I often share my testimony on the streets while I preach and I pray that it has an effect on the salvation of others. My heart cries out for them and that is why I preach the truth to them.

@MrBingie Damien, David and I were originally sharing my home and we preached together here in Victoria regularly on the streets. The boys have since moved to Adelaide and I miss them dearly. Damien has come back to visit a few times since and he and David plan on visiting again soon. It will be great to catch up with them both again and we will no doubt go street preaching here again then, Lord willing.
