It was in the book Twilight in the chapter Mind Over Matter, when Bella brings Edward home for the first time (the first time with her knowledge or consent, in any case), and he hums a lullaby she's never heard before and she drifts to sleep in his arms. Then when she goes to his house for the first time, he plays it to her on the piano, saying that she inspired it. It's a lovely moment! :)
