Btw..that darn minigun weights about 14lbs...

It's perfect. just what I've been looking for from the ebay, amazon and millions of other online stores. where did you get get the minigun? you could'have bought a prop, but you could't possibly modify it to look like the ones seen in terminator... great costume bud! I'm making one at the moment. Not using clay, but more astonishingly using papier mashe as an alternative to clay, over a t-600 mask I brought and its worked really well, suprisingly. Made a minigun out of a few bits of wooden dowel foam board and an old drill motor. The chest platete is foam board and the arm and leg peices are altered riot armour with a few mock servos attatched. i got them from an army surplus depot. It cost me about £60 or about $110

to make...about 30 bucks :)

i found a "None working" electric scooter and cut it up and welded it back together, gutted the electronics and made the brake switch the one switch.

the ammo feed was free pvc drain i bent with a heat gun and then cut with an electric miter saw. then glued that to a tie down strap to make it work. the barrel is pvc and 4" drain caps i cut. The backpack is an alice pack with cardboard box for the main part. :)

Great work! Excellent endoskeleton sculpt! Did you use WED clay or regular waterbased? What sand grit and do you mix your own? :) Wish I had seen this before I did my fiberglass mask. :( your sculpt is MUCH more impressive. Mine is a front only and not as detailed since I was covering it with my arnold like latex mask :P
