Maybe she was tired. Miley works so hard, say what you want about her talent but she's filmed two movies and made an album in the last 12 months. Not to mention her recent struggles, I think it might be getting to her and wearing her down, she's usually so much more energetic. But give her a break; being on stage and performing for 1-2 hrs is exhausting, she'll improve I'm sure.
