Mutilate is retarded because it is a 12second stun which leads to more stuns. Any fool can learn it and repeat it and u never crit over 6K unless there are unusual circumstances. You may as well hold up a sign that says (i cant fucking play this game so i have a 12second stun spec)

As you know, normaly you have 100 energy. Muti rogues spec vigor which gives 10+. They use glyph of vigor which gives them another 10+. And finaly they have 4 set pieces of any pvp gear which gives them 10+ energy.
