Once Reggie settles down and learns to take the 3 yard first insteads of trying for more, he'll season into a great NFL player. It's a not so much a stretch to say that if he learns how to handle these new faster/harder-hitting players, that he could be another Gale Sayers-- IN TIME, not this or next season. But he does have the raw potential.

Against what team? You will say Vikings not knowing that you only prove my point by doing so. Will Blackmon has been in the NFL for three years and only three total TD returns. Out of those three, two came from the Vikings in ONE GAME this season. They have a poor special teams unit dude, when he does it against a team who has not given up seven in one season then he is good.

Bush is better than the average running back and will continue to get better. Yea we had alot of injuries this past year but the Saints are a good team with a fuck load of talent. To say otherwise is ignorant. We are very happy to have Bush playing with the Saints. I would have liked to see Duece stay longer but you have to do what you have to do.

He's the #2 pick overall. A team wants a RB drafted that high to not just be a 3rd round back and a kick returner. Hell, GB traded for a RB that wasn't even drafted and he's averaged 1,000 yards the last 2 years. Also, Bush is almost playing 2nd fiddle to an undrafted RB. OVERRATED.

Hows he overrated? Do you watch football? Rookie year 1300 all purpose yards. Should've won rookie of the year. Yeah hes battling injurys and he fumbles but people make mistakes, This is his 4th year in the league you cant pull the ryan leaf card on him yet. Give him a chance.

I've watched football since 1978, so I like to think I know a few things on the subject. If a player is drafted in the 1st round, he should be starting and putting up really good numbers. For a player that is drafted #1 or #2 overall, they should be an All Pro, like DE/Mario Williams is. RB's are a dime a dozen. A team can get 1,000 yd. rusher almost anywhere in the draft. Case in point, GB's starting RB wasn't even drafted, DEN Terrell Davis was in the 6th or 7th round. Bush isn't starting.

He was electrifying against the Fresno St's of the college world and it hasnt translated to that in the pros. He's injured far too much & still tries to make the big play all the time. 3 yards & a cloud of dust is all u need sometimes. If he could stay healthy I see no reason why he wouldnt be the best player racking up the yards on sweeps, screen passes, dump offs, punt returns. With Thomas & Bell in the backfield now, his touches are limited. In 2006 I was not disappointed with him at all.

It's a great feat for anyone in the pro's to score 4x in a game. Bush probably goes for the game breaking play cause he is & he knows he's a talent but not all 1st round backs live up to their college press clippings healthy or not. No one has a crystal ball. Look at all of the pass rushers that have been drafted in the 1st round for the last few years, TONS of busts so far.
