This suspect Subhan has eys with iris positioned above showing the white part of the eye. A clear sign of a criminal,but per se it indicates anger going out of control ,spelling danger.

Coupled with this, his ears protrude forwards showing a possible neurological dosorder,now combine with this very bushy eye brows showing assertiveness to the point of fanatical with a square jaw , a dwon to earth mentality without any spritualism.
