However, it's a nice, just not realistic, nor the message of Christ nor is it giving the message you want. From what I have viewed your message is to love the beautiful part of life--but what about murder-which kills physical life, and the ones remaining alive kills them emotionally, adultery- which rips the very heart out of a man, what of these things?

In all honesty, the song is not my own but my brother's and me knowing him he does not mean coexist as in conform to the ways of the world, but as brothers and sisters created equally by our father to live peacefully and loving. Not loving sin, but the sinner for Christ came to die for sinners. We are to hate sin as God commands, but love one another. I understand the concept of coexist in general, but he is not speaking of it in that sense. God bless.
