@dummyspitter I was only passing by and I thought it was a good looking piece of equipment. How heavy it is would take some finding. You'd maybe need the owner's manual. Also, I think water can be added to the 'wheels' to increase the weight. Just as a guess, I'd say from 5 to 15 tons.
Yes. It was on the north side of Old Stratford, a village on the edge of Northamptonshire, near Milton Keynes. It was being used for work on the roads of a new housing development there.
