@algrina04 Because, originally, they were both in a band, and it was Kim Tae Won who composed this song. Lee Seung Chul left the band afterward, but he's still singing this song. I also read on allkpop that Kim Tae Won also went through a series of a drug addictions due to the jealousy of seeing Lee Seung-Chul on stage singing his song.
