Talking about Kentucky's basketball teams in the 30s and 40s does not matter when discussing the prevalence of their basketball program today. Carolina's championships in the past few years attest to their current program. So yes you're right, they do matter. And maybe you should be worried about how much Meeks is dishing it out when one of the biggest problems Kentucky has had in the last few years is finding player to play around him. I think if he joins Cousins and hopefully Orton if he stays, UK would definetly be a powerhouse again.
