  • If you wanna gain weight, eat 3 mres a day & dont do shit lol..if u wanna lose weight eat one a day & you'll be ok...

  • WTF my MRE's didnt look shit like that no way thats true...but what they need to do is get rid of them damn cheese omelets ugh

  • Very interesting! I was in the Army in the late 1980s, and MRE's have come a LONG way in quality and flavor since then. It's great that they're constantly improving them for our troops. Having said all that, it is a bit different eating freshly cooked and prepared food (like in the video) compared to opening up an MRE and eating the packaged components!

  • 2 to 3 years??

  • Eat it cold after its been on shelf for only god knows how long see how good it taste then

  • MRE's are the number one thing i miss about the Army.

  • is there fried chicken

  • I guess this is why more and more people in the US army are having obesity now......

  • @bunny153649 I'm sure someone's covered this, but... MRE's aren't meant to be something a soldier would eat every day at a military base. Rather, they are meant for use in the field, where it can be tough to send out fresh food to them three times a day. They have a lot of calories, carbs, etc. because they are supposed to satisfy the nutritional and energy needs of a soldier who is in a combat environment.

  • mail, good food, and pussy. Yager dont hurt either.

  • Is the MRE bad for your body?

Does it contain alot of perverser?

Can anyone tell me about this infor plz?

  • the mres are good for you in some aspects, but you need to watch how much you eat. one mre as 1200 calories in it, but its loaded with carbs and protein. i dont think they have a lot of preservatives because all the food is vaccum sealed and the package is vaccum sealed.

  • No is great for your body, they can help you gain weight and muscle.

But many have around 1800 calories or 2400 and you need 1500 to gain one pound.

  • @Benz2533 its mostly to make you full and to give you energy.

  • Im not sure that the food they tasted came from MREs, probably cooked for the occasion on the same menu and made some days ago, they should taste it after 3 years of storage.

  • wow that chick chowing the brownies at the end is quite the Ms.piggy lol

  • all of their stomachs will be exploding when they get home lol.

  • wow "Molloach" you realy are a nazi son of a bitch...

  • There are only three MRE entrees that tastes good. All the rest are junk and taste like garbage. Chicken and Dumplings, Potatoes and bacon, and Chicken a la King. Banana nut bread is good. Everything else spoils after a couple of years. Garbage,Garbage,Garbage.

Quality still needs to be improved.

  • lol your in the air force arent you?? come try some army mres...
