You should try listening to Thursday, Dance Gavin Dance, Between the Buried and Me (although they're not a 'screamo' band), Alexisonfire, etc. Even Animal Collective has some significant screamo and punk influence

one of my favorites by them. i enjoy how they compare having a dog to having a baby, especially due to the fact that a few of the band members had just become fathers during the making of the album. a very interesting symbol of responsibility and growth in human nature. a work of art. i never get enough of this song.
