@Godusesamac You ONLY have to upgrade if your PC is out dated. So in other words you buy a gaming computer today, you probably won't be upgrading for two years. Also torrents are used for A LOT more things then just pirating. Mac's are the ones that are annoying to upgrade... Why, you might ask. Because it is VERY expensive. Also you would have to buy the current best mac to not upgrade for two years...

Shock I have tried almost every single trick out there... I am a techy... Most if not all of these things don't improve your speed noticable amounts. In fact its best to not install programs like game booster, as installing it would add just another entry to your registry. You will notice a slow down from installing programs like gamebooster over time. These things don't even give you 1fps difference... So I really don't know what speed increase you are seeing...

@Rosumny00 When I got my pc from dell it has tons of unnecessary services running at boot up. For a 4 gig windows 7 I7 machine it was not fast enough and when I tweaked it with these tweaks it was dramatically faster and even boots faster. Even non gamers will notice a difference.

The past few weeks iv noticed that my pc was running slow and my games were lagging out.Well i knew it wasnt my pc cause its way above the requirements so i thought to look and see how my cpu was running .Im using windows7 and noticed a new tool called "resource monitor".I opened it and seen that windows media player network sharing service was use 50% of my cpu.Shting down that service alone sped my pc up tremendously.

You do not need to shut off services. Just use CCleaner to clean the crap and go the the startup tab of the msconfig (that you write at the same place you wrote services.msc). You uncheck the programs you don't want to start with Windows and this should not start the services that goes with those programs, meaning that the computer will start much faster and will still be faster aftwerwards.

shock, you should try the anti-virus and anti-spyware program Vipre which uses very little resources and offers excellent protection. I tried the free programs before but they did not protect my machine as well.
