You can still get this. Google Parfums Bleu. Tim Foley, a UK entrepreneur, loved Blue Stratos so much that he bought it and has launched it again. There's a full line of Blue Stratos products as well, all reasonably priced.

Yes this commercial is badly dated, but the fragrance isn't. No less an authority than Luca Turin calls Blue Stratos a great masculine scent.

Thanks for the tip, Ill definitley buy a bottle for old times sake...I wear great colognes and expensive ones and have to say that Blue Stratos' scent is up there with some of the best, I loved it.
