because I have hughes net and if I skip a video it would use bandwidth a later resulting in the fair access policy to become active because as we all know when a video is streaming the portion that has not yet been seen has still being loading resulting in the use of bandwidth in order for the video to progress smoothly. it is streaming the video faster than it is playing which is obvious. Video streaming = bandwidth consumption. All do respect I had no choice. XD
