To get rid of the thin wire look on the landing gear, find yourself some "bendy straws", cut to length, paint and stick over the wires...works great, looks scale and is incredibly cheap! Great looking bird!

@daveandnikki123 the larger ones maybe easier to control... the small RC planes and cars r harder to control because it has something to do with the air molecules.. once u go big enough like this it becomes very manageable

I think it might be a Funkey Airwolf body on a Trex 600. As far as the nav lights go they come with the bird. As most of you are saying the strobe effect is Good. Now people If you go to these two pages, i think you might get some ideas. First take a look at this one.

A heli of this size would not be recommended for a beginner, something like the Blade MCX2 or Blade MCR would be easier, cheaper and safer to learn on. Yes, they can be deadly if they happen to crash into someone, not recommended to be flown where unaware people may be, like a park with children.

@jamesjr934 a 600 size heli is the best and easiest to learn on.. yes there dangerous... but you dont have to run the throttle at 100% like this idiot in the video.. you can run them in normal mode and stunt mode and just set the throttle to about 65 70%... this is after you learn to fly on a simulator ofcourse.. until you learn to fly on a sim dont spend this much money on a 600 size...

@TheBeatSmith you need a laptop with at least 2 gig memory. buy a PHEONIX flight simulator it is more for helis than planes. it will come with the controller for about 150?. you put the program in the computer start flying with the trainer heli. there a lot of aircraft with this sim. its the best for helis. there is a hobby shop called HELIPROZ, "helipoz.com." you can get the sim there and they have great support to help you get it set up and with most any questions you might have.
