Blimey - I can hardly understand her! She talks far too fast but at least it means that people can't say interupt her and say no to some things that she is saying. Oldest trick in the book to talk so fast to gloss everything over. She asks questions too which is a definite no no. Still at least they all looked pleased and that's what it's all about - to bring comfort to people.
