@GTX560SLIGameplay depends on what speed you have the fans set to. stock wise, not really. but then again that all depends on your personal judgement of 'a lot of noise'.
k so ive had the case for about 2 months an i still cant figure out how to get the front usb's to work. can anyone help. Whats the cable look like an where does it go
@CrackaJack95 Yes there are a load of cables coming from the front panel as you probably know, the cable for the front usb ports are small rectangle shaped black thing which would have pins that go into it, what you have to do with that is plug it into your motherboard.
yeah I know EXACTLY what you mean, I used to love it, but then after a while, it realllly got annoying cause I often leave my PC on overnight when i'm doing a ton of downloading.
Did they come with the fans? cause i wanna get the one on Amazon its $99 but i dont know if it come with the fans, if anyone know please reply to this. Thanks in advance.
This case is great for desktops, I think it was designed with that in mind. The I/O panel and power and reset buttons are very convenient if you have this on your desk.
@hyylo yeah there is such program. If u want test your computer which means yr CPU temp u can go and google it. i remember there is a program called speedfan.
Someone please confirm if this fits Noctua NH-D14? Could you please measure how much space exactly there is for cpu cooler? I mean space between the motherboard and side fan and between motherboard and the side panel with no fan.
I got this case SOOO cheap, I was thinking about a couple 300 dollars ones, possibly 200 dollar. But I saw THIS at FRYS for $65 BUCKS I WAS LIKE OMG COME TO DADDY.
@hellowsaw yeah the case is fine. if you want the case to really run cool, i suggest you buy some new fans for the case, but that's just my opinion. at the time i was running the case with stock fans i wasn't really checking up on the overall temperatures.
@hellowsaw i have NZXT M59 and it's quietly same cooling but me i have all hole with fan and the CPU never go higher than 40°C and all they fan are at minimal speed now i can't warm my hand on my PC :/
@FELIX0123 you dont need lights in your case to play games, it has nothing to do with it... being a gamer is to love playing games and excessive LED lighting means being tacky, 2 different stories...
@andresin323 but gaming pc allways looks better with led lighting, that what makes it looks like a gaming pc, if u have those mid-t case just black with no side window, ppl might think it's those fail pc that cant even boot up
Although I do have some issues with it. Not a lot of room on back for cable management - Fan controllers at full don't power fans to highest rpm - The cable management holes were to small for me to fit larger cables through. cheap connectors for fan and led controller, wires came out of housing.
but im still very happy with the puchase because I think this case looks better than any other
@alexanderhakansson yeah it's totally worth the money. i was questioning whether if it was worth it or not as well. but i am glad i made the purchase.
I really dont understand how to hook the fans up on this case. the manual was shit lol Can you explain how to connect the fans in the case?? thats all i have left until i can boot up my new pc
hmm well the only thing i can tell you about the fans are that they are powered by Molex pins. which means you just gotta plug em in to your molex pins from your power supply. and those small 2 pin ports the fans have aswell are to be plugged in to the fan controller.
the top front blue LED is powered by a Molex pin. and the two bottom ones are - and + which go right by your power sw pluggin on the mobo. just have to make sure u get the positive and negative in the right spot. there should to a manual to your motherboard telling you which ones those are. ( if you don't know )
How did you get your middle blue LED on the front panel door to work? Mine doesn't light up and I just got the case. I'm pretty sure it isn't broken or anything like that, ive only have my case for a week.
it's powered by a Molex pin, did you make sure you have that plugged in to your power supply? if it is and still doesn't work one of the wires might have gotten snipped or something, check for that as well. hope these are the only things i can think of at the moment. hope this helps =\
Could you make a quick video to show me which cable goes to it? I'm so confused, I tried to figure out which one it was but I was having a hard time. haha.
Hello there. Cheerz for the video. I was just wondering if any one could help me on the topic of fans? Now this comes with intake and exhaust fans. Im looking to build my first PC, and i was just wondering if i need intake and exhaust fans or just intake and lets the are come out of groves and holes? lol, i know it sounds stupid but i would like the best possible cooling for my PC, within reasonable prices. Also do you think it is worth replacing the side, rear and top fans? thanks guys.
well right off the bat let me answer this question:
1. "do you think it is worth replacing the side, rear and top fans?" YES you WILL want to replace them, the stock fans push virtually no air, and really do you no good.
2. you will want a even intake and exhaust air system, otherwise the air will not circulate properly and your system could heat up instead of cool off.
3. "i know it sounds stupid"
it's not a stupid question, gaining knowledge is always a good thing!
the top fan ports can be either a 120mm or a 140mm which ever you prefer.
2 - 140mm fan spots.
as for fan control, it depends on the fan really, usually when you buy a fan on the package it will notify you if it has it or not. this case comes with 4 fan controls, ( it can control 4 fans ) and the fans connect trough a 3 pin port with the fan control.
I have this case, and for all those who are worried that it's got a flimy front; beleive me, it's not. It's half a cm solid plastic on either side and it's in a sort box shape with a hollow inside, the LED on the front is part of a supporting struy that goes through it, i push on it and it doesn't bluckle a tiny bit. The door is actually quite heavy :)
hello. very good info on the three cases. i would be interested in getting a lexa s case but i have a question. i was hoping u could help... i know that the front panel of the lexa s is plastic, but i would like to know to what extent is it made out of plastic? is it only the glossy face og the front panel? or is it the entire front panel that comes of? i'm really interested in a solid feeling case... so for any info i would be very appreciative.
alright, the entire front panel is plastic, BUT it is VERY solid indeed, i have had no issues with it what so ever, but behind it the fan grill that is integrated into it, and the drive bay covers, are all made of solid metal. the door is very sturdy and is very easy to handle. all of the case is metal excluding the plexi-glass on the side pannel, and the front panel. it'll take some strength and heavy damage to break the front panel. hope that helps! ask anymore questions if u still have some
ok, very useful. thanks alot, already got one and i''m having problems with the psu cables, the 12v aux mb supply cable (in the left of the CPU) is to short... so i can't start up the computer.... i'm gonna look for an adapter to make the cable longet, or if that doesn'd work i'll be forced to buy a new psu as well... that's life, what can i tell you. thanks again for the answer!
yeah i had the same issues with my PSU cables, and i was forced to get a new PSU, but hey it happens i guess. and no problem for the answer, i would be glad to help anytime.
That's a sweet setup you have!

well why even do that, just buy some qaulity fans ( since most LED's usually aren't in most cases )
then throw 2 cathode strips in their, thing will be brighter than the sun. thats how mine was.
