  • Nice gym! You really climb with socks?? :))

  • how much did all of this cost you?

  • im planning to make this in my room. but dont really noe how to. any tips?

  • Are you using plywood for the 'wall' parts? What size?

Good soundtrack - who is it?

    Cheers pal.

  • is there some special paint you can use over the wood?

  • @drumwolf22 That is probably possible but I haven't looked into it. Probably too expensive anyway and not much added value since most of it is overhanging so extra friction would be useless

  • @persilpuurnie Yeah I guess for the friction its not that useful, but i was thinking for aesthetics

  • @persilpuurnie

i heard you can just mix sand with paint, in a 1:10 ratio of sand to paint, supposed to be quite good

  • @persilpuurnie my bud owns a gym he has some sort of paste that he paints the wall with and it has sand grains in it for frictin its like homemade though

  • @drumwolf22 go to lows they haVE TEXTURE PAINT AND ITS NOT EXPENSIVE

  • @drumwolf22

    Metolious texture Paint

  • @drumwolf22 You can use friction paint which kinda does what it says on the tin, you can smear of it and its really awesome..

  • @drumwolf22 You can put no slip deck mix into your paint and your walls will have a very nice friction to them. Its a cheap and effective solution

  • thiiiis might be the sickest thing I've ever seen

  • Is this your spare bedroom or box room ?

  • nice wall, hope you have alot of padding. it looks pretty high up

  • cool shit, i wish I head a barn or some shit with a high ass roof

  • that is beyond awesome lol

  • you have 2 pay for it... once =)

  • this wall is LE GEN DA RY

  • I so friggin jealous of this. I want one! haha.

    Nice job on building this.

  • how do you fix the wood to the walls behind?

  • defonetly nont NO NAILS!!!!! you will get raped. you srew the wood to the beeaams

  • That's THE sickest home wall I've ever seen, mad props man!

Holds must've put you in the poor house!

  • duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude!!! that wall is soooooooo cool nice graffiti on the wall did you tag that?

  • I had a nice deal on the wood (via a friend), the holds (via my local climbing gym) and BIG crash matras (got lucky on eBay). I think the total cost was about a 1000€ for 40m² climbing surface. Biggest challenge was the construction, but some help from friends made that easier...
