Im interested in doing a rhd conversion to my s13, so when you get a rhd front clip you can just cut out the firewall and weld it into the lhd?? then exchange all the parts?

illegal. Cops will take it away if you did the convert yourself. Shop needs to do it to make sure the safety standers are applied and certified by a tech.

Shop price. Labor and parts 3k

Do it yourself and pay the consequences.

Don't go waisting your money by doing it yourself, might be way cheaper but still illegal. Cops will SIEZE your car, You would say why? They will say, we can give the car back if you show us PROOF of having it done by a SHOP. If you cant, say BYE BYE to a cool car.

@liljay8877fyi Tampering with the vin plates is illegal. doing a RHD convert is involving removing vins and re-installing them. big no no. i'm pretty sure you know that... You will end up destroying the old plastic rivets and not be able to find stock OEM ones. OH wait i forgot they don't sell them. let me guess wall-mart ones will work for you? LMAO!

I too made my s14 rhd but kept the ka24de but I'm about to make it turbo but not until I'm done with the body work I installed the s15 front end and s15 tailghts and I'm adapting em using an s15 wide body kit to give it a cleaner finish I should have it done by the 20 just in time 4 X-mas.

this usually costs like 5-6k now that fronclip so you have a front end conversion RHD conversion and an engine for about 3-4 and the other 2k would be the cost of buying a 240 to build
