I personally find rain and thunder very calming, but I think that this song is supposed to help us realize that even what we fear is a part of life, and that we should accept it...

at 2:13-2:19?? That was Kaoru... I'm positive about it... It's the scene from the vase that's falling, kaoru protects Haruhi and gets a little cut in his cheek.

They switch clothes the next day with saying goodbye to Arai, 'cause Hikaru doesn't want to, Kaoru asks Haruhi to go on a date with him, and the next day he pretents he's sick and orders Hikaru to go instead, then Hikaru wears that outfit....(yup, I'm addicted, and a big Kaoru fan ^^)
