@xingnoranceisblissx The risk for things like brain or tape worms mostly runs from contaminated meat in developing countries where there is little to no sanitation or regulatory laws. In the US it is mostly safe but it never hurts to practice caution. On the case of this video I don't really think they are eating a quantity that would pose a risk. Personal choice, I guess; salmonella and eggs, 1 in 30,000 is not gonna scare me off sunny side up eggs or tapeworms from rare meat.
