I wouldn't call this a game. This is a GREAT workout! I've been using it for 2 weeks and I've lost 7 lbs! The morning after I did this, I was SO sore. My legs were killing me. You have to move back and forth to practice the "stance".

I recommend this to anyone who wants to have fun and lose weight. I got bored with the Wii Fit Plus after a while... I wasn't losing weight like I wanted.

It's actually a Japanese game made by Rocker Company, Ubisoft just slapped Gold's Gym brand on it, I find that's kind of random lol.

Yes you can loose weight usng this game if you use it enough you can use it 20 min a day and loose weight if you do the right exercises.

@yugimoto1207 I believe you will. Your young and weight is easier to come off at a younger age. Do this daily or every other day and you will see a difference. Make sure you eat good food and eat junk food in moderation.

If you feel like the Wii Fit isn't really giving you much of a workout, then I would try this game. I always work up a sweat every time I play it and I really can't say the same for the Wii Fit (unless I was doing the hula hoop or running).

This is a real good game its the main one i use to workout with and its not just punching,it has squats,sit ups,push ups,back extensions witch you need the balance board for it has punch dodging,log cutting,heavy bag,focus mits,jogging,boxing training,jump rope,several trainers,it tells your punch count,i all so have wii fit,wii fit plus and the biggest loser.

@skneizka Um...it's a boxing game. err...more of a boxing workout than a game. The entire game is based on boxing, from jabs to hooks to uppercuts...That's the WHOLE game, with some other tid bits thrown in the side.

If you like boxing and want to work out, this is for you.

@bioo80 If you want variety then Wii Fit Plus is a better option. However, I have found that almost all the Wii Fit games are pretty gimmicky. I mean, their best cardio exercise is either pretending to hula hoop or running in place, to which this game has the latter, and does it better.

Wii Fit is too slow and just isn't as good.

I have a question for you and for anyone else who has this: How do I get to the mode where it gives you a planned workout, or being able to pick my own routine? I go to "Exercise" and I have 2 games (plus 4 w/ Balance Board)

Is it something you unlock later? Do I have to complete something first?
