CEBU PACIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIGTIME! VERY POOR SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO CHANGING FLIGHT SCHEDULE! The call center had to let me wait for minutes (like almost half an hour) and I have to use my cellphone, imagine the long wait and the cost grrr! They still cannot change my flight schedule. MY ADVISE : If you want to be stressed out... TRY CEBU PACIFIC!

Hurt!! No, I have not even seen in actual or fly with Cebu Pacific because I am on the other side of the world. I just don't like people using the web to propagate their ownself while destroying others. I know it is natural in the Philippines, they call it "freedom", but it seems it is not right. It is a shame.

Although my wife is a native speaking American I am still a Filipino from Camotes Island, honestly I was amazed with developement of Cebu especially Cebu Pacific in which it was not around when I was growing up.
