  • How fast we spend 700 billions to support unethical corporations that gambled their capital. With much less we could have that grid. Lack of commitment with green technologies is the real problem not a weak grid -- which by the way will not be loaded overnight as plug-ins will increase gradually anyway. There will be plenty of time to improve the grid as needed. Your argument is an old excuse from the car industry. Lack of integrity is the real reason summarized in 2 words: oil power.

  • If it doesn't plug do not buy it! Get a used car -- your environmental impact will be much less. Avoid supporting the oil corporations by not buying cars that do not plug, you will see how fast we get many plug ins.

  • We have to have a power grid that can support plug in vehicles first. Look at all the brown outs in California during the summer just from people using air conditioning. The system doesn't have the strength yet to support plug-ins.

  • The backend looks funky looking, I like the first gen fusions backend better.
