he cheats. and only noobs cheat. to do it, draw a random line, click on the magnification tool, then press CTRL+Play. Then you can drag him up and down- or make him seem like he's floating.

yeah i know hes a cheat
easy, select the zoom in/out tool, hold Ctrl and play the track, then zoom out or in!
