  • thats a brill haffy :D and a super jumper !!

far better than some of the english bred lazy fat haflingers you see :P

  • Sorry to hear you had to let him go, but at least you, and all your subbers, can see that he has a loving family who are going to look after him for a very long time.

  • Er det asterix nye eier ?

  • Hei DennisogAstrid - ja Emilie er Asterix nye eier

  • 8 1/2 years old...and she's already that good, puts me to shame i only started when i was 8. lucky girl :D

  • Such a shame asterix was my favorite of all the ponies and horses you have still atleast you know he is treated well and youll still see him at times at shows as well.

  • aww she is such a good little rider :)

im sure they will have great fun together :)

  • nooo,

i had no idea he was for sale!!

    love this haffy XD

    xx

  • aww how cute =)=)

  • is this a Halfinger cross or pure? We have one at my barn who is a Halflinger cross QH...he moves a lot like this guy, same swishy tail throughtout the ride, very forward, lovely mover,etc...

  • Hi btaykaters - Asterix is a pure Haflinger. We always know when he isn't happy during a round because his tail doesn't swish so much.

  • She's insanely good.

    Man, I love this pony.

  • Quite the helmet for a little girl. ;)

What an amazing rider. Especially for riding a horse/pony with such a powerful neck!

  • hahah no kidding. I know lots of people who have been riding for more than 15 years and they don't even have as nice a helmet as that. I've been riding for 8 years and only switched from my second Tiperary to a Charles Owen just a couple of weeks ago.

  • Yeah! Lol. I have a troxel (my 4th troxel) and I am buying a Charles Owen for christmas. My trainer doesn't even have the Speedair! Lol

  • it's proably her show helmet ;D

I have a daggy one for around the paddock and a got one for showing.

  • haha. asterisk getts a little happy with his lead changes doesnt he. :D

  • I saw that round :D They were awesome! :-)

  • NOOOOOO i luved asterix why why :(

  • hi cocomango - my daughter Rachel was getting too big for Asterix and she can't compete on him after 2009 anyway. In addition, there was no way that we can look after four horses properly so it seemed better to let Asterix go to a rider who can benefit from his experience in the ring.

Emilie is just perfect for Asterix and we'll still see a lot of him as they will train at our club and will (hopefully) take part in plenty of competitions.

  • Ohmyy. I wish I could ride like that when I was eight. O.o She's AMAZING. O_O

  • Wow talk about talent! And so young! But she seemed really tall for an 8 year old...

  • aww she is soo sweet. x

looks very cute on him. x

  • What a super little rider she is! Especially for her age! Very very lucky girl indeed x

  • Omg .. he has a really thick neck :O sorry jus tot id add dat :P

  • omg shes a good rider for her age

  • SWEEET ! :)
