@lynnieley Hey no problem! That is one reason I did them, to give others some idea of what I went through - assuming they might have similar experiences. I also did it for myself as a journal.....by the way, I just went in for my 9 month check and he was really impressed with my incisions - he said he rarely sees them that he does to injections (lol i can't remember what kind - collegen? steroids? I forgot - but glad I did not need them).
@lynnieley Also, be prepared for the scars. Mine don't bother me but they are obvious...much better than my big sagging arms before. Did you see the pictures?

I just went and looked at all your pics on OH Blog-- WOW-- I so appreciate your philosophy on what are are picking and choosing to do as far as reconstruction goes post weight loss. I know my legs are my key area-- and my arms were-- but I think they will be secondary for sure now-- thanks for making these vids!

Have one scheduled for March 10 but have to cancel due to a meeting..I would like to try to go without it just to see what I can do but I can tell I am eating more and with less caution. I have a few extra pounds on me but have a hard time telling if it's water or true gain. Now that my drain is out I can move more - that might help

Your arm looks fantastic. Your incision looks good too. Those drains are so important to keep in until they are ready.
I can imagine how excited you are about seeing how things look when you are completly healed!
