I've got the same one right in front of me that I snagged out of a storage locker I purchased. I'm looking to try to sell it. if possible. I haven't plugged it in yet to see if it works but it looks like it just needs to be cleaned up a bit. You know of anyone that might want it?
Great camera you have there!!! :D Great to see it still works too! Your camera is a bit similar to my 1978 JVC GC-3300E camera which makes colour images of similar tones to yours. I know Richard too n often communicate with him over cameras n VTRs. Anyways to record video from this camera simply plug the audio/video output leads from the camera's power adapter unit into a VHS or DVD or capture card etc.
@generalgrievous101 It plugs in directly to an outlet. Hey great vids, check some of yours out. The chapter ones were interested. You have a heck of a lot of views on your highest views! Wow. congrats!!
I'm asking because I seem to have found a CC-002 camera from 1981, but it's a little different from yours. Mine has a view finder built on it, has a handle, and a telescoping shotgun microphone! and the only plug coming out is the one that looks like an audio cord? Could you post another video of how to connect it and the plug coming ou of the camera?
@generalgrievous101 Sweet, old cameras are the best! Is it thick? Mine plugs into a box which then plugs into the TV. I can make a video of it but won't be up until next week. i would check out this website. He knows it ALL! Really great and friendly guy helped answer all my questions - labguysworld (dot) com
@guimbadriver I don't have one. The original had a big ole' viewfinder on the side It was detachable about the size of an average paperback novel...well maybe a little smaller and more of a giant cube. So I just have to use the TV which is what it records into. Thanks for the question!
@imlop1971TOOB hello! I woukd suggest contacting the lab guy. I put the website for him in the description.
